here's the scoop-

I  am looking to build the Splendid Fiins creative team- so I'm looking for a whole crop of awesome. There are lots of spots, for a variety of talents. Read over the info below and decide which you're best suited for- and then hit me up with your application info. I look forward to pouring over your entries... thanks!

here's what I'm looking for-

scrapbookers/paper artists/makers of things: looking for some dynomite scrapbookers, traditional layout makers, project nerds- all sorts of makers. You will sumbit 4 layouts/projects/etc. per month featuring new products and any of your fave past products. And post your work in TLP galleries, on your personal blog, facebook, link on pinterest, etc. Looking for people who are involved in scrapbooking communities, who post lots in a variety of online spots, who are positive and professional and excited. I like excited.

project life/journal card scrappers:  same requirements as above, really- but these people will focus on journal cards, using SF products in Project Life and similar projects. Again- positive, vocal and excited are good, too.

creative team leader:  this person will be my right hand (or is it left hand if I'm left handed...? hmmm....)  I need someone to oversee the creative team members- generally be on top off all the things. And again, give me a nudge when I seem to be not so on top of things. And you have to be ok with the occasional email from me that begins with "Sorry this is late, I replied to you in my head..." Cuz that's a classic.  Someone to make sure everyone on the team is on their game. Someone to keep the message board lively. Someone to be the glue of our team. :)

blog team members: one of the things I struggle with most (I just keep waiting until I have time... HA! I'm hilarious.) - so it's time to delegate. Looking for a few people to write interesting + inspiring blog posts on the subjects of scrapbooking, memory keeping, photography, etc that incorporate Splendid Fiins products. Make sure you link to your personal blog or any other sites where you have done extensive writing if you're applying for this one. (Or if this will be new ground for you, but you're super stoked, go ahead and write me an insanely long email... I just want to get an idea of your writing style.)  Ideally I would love to find a couple people to focus on blog articles, and a couple to rock out some tutorials (with step-by-step articles on techniques, projects, scrapping, photography, etc... whatever floats your boat)

marketing genius: I need someone who loves marketing (those people exist, right?) and is always brewing up new ideas. This person will be geeked about posting on facebook, message boards, pinterest, etc. Spreading the word about Splendid Fiins and nudging me to get out there with ideas on contests, challenges, specials, etc.  Someone who is organized and on the ball.

 

(the last two positions don't require monthly layouts or projects- other than those that might be needed for your tutorial, challenge, etc.- but you will still have access to all Splendid Fiins products to play with as you like. )
